This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our sleep and respiratory physicians, providing high-quality nutritional support to patients and contributing to their overall health and wellbeing. About Manse Medical Manse Medical is a specialised healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality respiratory and sleep health services to regional, rural and metropolitan communities. With a strong focus on evidence-based care, innovation, and patient wellbeing, we partner with general practitioners, specialists, hospitals, and allied health professionals to provide timely diagnosis, management, and support for sleep disorders and respiratory conditions.  Our multidisciplinary team of doctors, scientists, technicians, CPAP consultants, paraprofessionals, and healthcare professionals work collaboratively to ensure patients receive comprehensive care in a compassionate and accessible environment. From in-lab and at-home sleep studies to ongoing respiratory support and CPAP therapy, Manse Medical’s patient-first approach ensures that everyone receives the care they need, regardless of location or background.  At the heart of our work are six core values (Compassion, Dignity, Excellence, Integrity, Stewardship & Collegiality) that shape everything we do — from our clinical and administrative services to our workplace culture and partnerships. About the Role:
  • Provide individual nutrition assessments and develop tailored nutrition and lifestyle plans.
  • Support patients in managing sleep and respiratory conditions, as well as related chronic health concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, clinical assistants, administration and other allied health professionals.
  • Contribute to patient education and health promotion initiatives.
Key Requirement:
  • Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and accreditation (or eligibility) with the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA) or relevant professional body.
  • Experience in clinical or community nutrition, preferably within chronic disease management or respiratory/sleep health.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Position Details:
  • Part-time role, flexible hours.
  • Location: Ballarat and/or Sunshine
